Refund Policy

Version 2026-11-01 · published 2026-10-19

This Refund Policy applies to CAdmin subscriptions sold by CursedTech (CursedTech) and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who processes refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle charges you and issues every refund.

2. 14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund of the first payment of a subscription within 14 days of that payment, for any reason.

3. Other payments

After those 14 days, and for renewal payments, we refund when:

4. How to ask for a refund

Paddle may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

5. What happens after a refund

A full refund ends access to the refunded plan immediately, without a grace period. A chargeback has the same effect; if it is reversed, access returns for the rest of the paid period. After access ends, the network follows the read-only, export and deletion schedule in the Terms of Service.

6. Cancelling is not a refund

You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing → Manage or cancel in Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that payment is not refunded unless this policy says so.

For annual plans, we email the account owner and billing contact 14 days before each renewal. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date from Plan and billing → Manage or cancel in Paddle; renewals that have already been charged are not refunded.

7. Free trials

Trials are free, never charge you and never renew, so there is nothing to refund.

8. Subscriptions bought through Tebex

If you subscribed through Tebex before we moved to Paddle, Tebex is the merchant of record for that subscription and handles its refunds under the same rules at https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history/login.
