Terms of Service
1. Who we are
CAdmin is provided by CursedTech, trading as CursedTech ("we", "us"), based in (not specified). By creating a network or using CAdmin you enter into an agreement with CursedTech for the use of the service, on these terms.
Contact. For support, sign in to CAdmin and open a ticket from Support in your dashboard; we reply there and notify you by email. For legal or privacy requests, or if you cannot sign in, write to (not specified). We do not provide support through Discord or other social channels.
2. What CAdmin is
CAdmin is a cloud administration panel for FiveM server networks: player identity, tickets, sanctions, investigations, remote administration, audit logs, Discord integration and, depending on the plan, screen share and voice observation and recording. These terms govern use of the service by the network owner and the staff they invite. CAdmin is independent and is not affiliated with, approved, sponsored or endorsed by Cfx.re, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
3. Account and access
You sign in with Discord and are responsible for activity on your account and for the permissions you grant your staff. Sensitive actions may require a passkey verification. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to create a network or buy a plan.
4. Plans, payments and Paddle
- Beta and no-charge access. While paid plans are not yet on sale, or while we give a network access at no charge during the beta, the service is provided under these terms without payment. The payment, renewal and refund rules below apply from the moment you buy a plan.
- Merchant of record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle charges you, issues your receipt or invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. Your payment is a transaction with Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/invoiced-consumer-terms); your use of CAdmin is governed by these terms. We do not issue separate invoices.
- How to buy. Plans are bought from Plan and billing in your CAdmin dashboard, which opens Paddle's checkout. Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are is calculated by Paddle at checkout.
- Renewal and cancellation. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan and billing → Manage or cancel in Paddle (the Paddle customer portal) or by contacting Paddle. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep access until then and are not charged again. Pausing a subscription has the same effect as cancelling it.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then the plan enters a 72-hour grace period and is then suspended. If Paddle later collects the payment, access is restored.
- Free trials. Trials start from Plan and billing without a card: one per network, and one per person who starts it across all networks (Starter 7 days, Operations and Network 14 days). Trials never renew, never charge you and end without a grace period; to continue, buy a plan.
- Refunds and chargebacks. See section 5 and our Refund Policy. A full refund or a chargeback ends access to that plan immediately, without grace. If a chargeback is reversed, access returns for the rest of the paid period.
- Changing plans. An upgrade starts a new subscription and applies at once; cancel the previous subscription in the Paddle portal, or it keeps renewing. Lowering a plan never deletes servers or staff, but you cannot add more than the new plan allows, and existing evidence older than the new plan's evidence retention is deleted.
- Included usage. Monthly game events are included up to your plan's amount. We notify you at 80% and 100%; we do not drop data for exceeding it. We may contact you to move to a suitable plan if usage stays well above it.
- Subscriptions bought through Tebex. If you subscribed through Tebex before we moved to Paddle, Tebex remains the merchant of record for that subscription until it ends: its payments, receipts, refunds and cancellation are handled at https://checkout.tebex.io/payment-history/login.
- The CAdmin resource. The FiveM resource is distributed free of charge through our Tebex store and Cfx.re Asset Escrow. It only works while your network has an active plan or trial. Downloading it does not buy or start a plan.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you can get a full refund of the first payment of a subscription within 14 days, for any reason, and refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, at https://paddle.net.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use CAdmin to monitor people without informing them, to harass, to infringe third-party rights, to store or share content that is illegal, to breach the Cfx.re or Discord terms, to attack or overload the service, to resell access, or to try to access other networks' data. We may remove specific content that breaches these terms, and we may suspend a network immediately to protect the service, other customers or players; a payment never lifts a security suspension. Reports of abuse go to abuse@cursedtech.net.
7. Player data
For your players' data you are the controller and we act as your processor, processing it only to provide the service to you. These Terms and the Privacy Policy describe how we process your players' data on your behalf; if you need a separate data processing agreement, contact us at (not specified). You must have a legal basis and inform your players, especially about voice recording and screen share (see the Evidence Policy), about Discord ticket handling and the AI assistant, and about database backups, if you use them. The sub-processors we use are listed in the Privacy Policy.
- Discord tickets. Messages in the ticket channels that CAdmin creates and manages in your Discord server are received and stored by CAdmin as part of your network's data. Ticket transcripts are kept for your plan's evidence retention period (Starter 7 days, Operations 30 days, Network 90 days).
- AI ticket assistant. If it is available on your plan and you turn it on, an AI assistant can read ticket messages and answer players without a staff member reviewing each reply. Its first message in a ticket says it is an AI assistant, it never claims to be human, and players can ask for a person. It learns from staff replies only in the channels you allowlist. You decide whether to use it and remain responsible for it as controller. You are responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate for your community, including for players who may be minors, and for obtaining any consent the law requires.
- Learning from staff messages (only if you enable it). You can let CAdmin learn from Discord channels that you select; none are selected by default and ticket channels are never used. Only messages written by your staff and direct replies to or from your staff are processed. The text is redacted, pseudonymized and encrypted; messages judged irrelevant are deleted immediately and the rest is deleted after 90 days, when you ask, or when the message is deleted in Discord, and everything is purged when your network is offboarded. Processing uses Cloudflare Workers AI with AI Gateway payload logging disabled. The results are only suggestions for your staff to review and are never used to make automated decisions about anyone. For this data you are the controller and we act as your processor, and you must inform your community before you enable it.
- Handset and Switchboard (the in-game phone, when you turn them on). Handset is off by default. Where you enable it, calls and messages that players send to your network's service contacts (for example emergency or dispatch services) and to scripted contacts are recorded in CAdmin as transcripts of your network and kept for the retention period you set (30 days by default, 7 to 90). Players see a one-time notice that these are recorded, and you remain responsible for informing them. Photos taken with Handset are stored on our storage only if photo hosting is on, for the retention you set (90 days by default, 30 to 180). If you turn on Switchboard AI replies (when available), the text of players' messages and calls to those contacts is sent to AI model providers to write the replies, with the same safeguards as the AI ticket assistant described above; you decide whether to use it.
- Game database integration (only if you turn it on). It is off by default. If you switch it on, CAdmin connects to your FiveM server's database with a read-only user that can only
SELECT, which we create for servers we host. The credential is stored encrypted and is never shown back. Staff you allow see this data through Player 360, reports and the AI assistant, and every read is audited. Passwords, hashes, tokens, secrets, API keys and session ids are never read, and columns holding licence, Steam, Discord, IP or email identifiers are not read as values (we keep only a protected index of the one column that links a character to a player); you can exclude more columns or tables. Every 30 minutes (adjustable) CAdmin copies the character, money, inventory and vehicle data you map into your network's analytics store for staff reports and investigations, and keeps those copies for 90 days by default (30 to 365). The AI assistant can read this data through fixed read-only tools, with the permissions of the staff member who asks; it never writes SQL. What is sent to the AI providers, and the daily summary, are described in the Privacy Policy. For this data you are the controller and we act as your processor, and you must inform your players. Switching the integration off removes the read-only user or credential at once and deletes the copies within 24 hours. - Observability. We run logs, metrics and error tracking on our own servers. They hold technical records of how the service runs, not your game database. Owners may get dashboards of their own network's data; see the Privacy Policy for what they can query.
- Database Backups (when the Database Backups feature is enabled). The feature is optional and off unless you enable it. We then store encrypted dumps of your game database, which contain your players' data; for that data you are the controller and we act as your processor. Backups are kept according to your plan tier and never longer than 35 days, and are deleted when your network is purged: we destroy the network's encryption key, which makes them unreadable, and delete the stored objects. In its first version, restoring a backup is done by downloading it. We never store your database credentials.
8. When your plan ends, export and deletion
- After a paid plan ends (and its grace period), the network becomes read-only for 30 days. You can view everything and export your data.
- Then you receive 7 days' notice before the network and its data are permanently deleted. Buying a plan before then restores the network, unless you requested the deletion yourself.
- We keep only what we need to show what happened, to prevent abuse and to meet accounting duties: a record that the deletion took place, minimal records of our own platform actions that concerned the network, without their content, the anti-fraud identifiers described in our Privacy Policy, and billing records for as long as accounting law requires.
- You may request deletion yourself from Plan and billing; it takes effect after 7 days' notice and can be cancelled until then.
- Voice evidence audio is not part of the export archive; it can be downloaded individually until deletion.
- Our own backups of the service's databases are kept on our servers: they let us restore for about 25 days, and every copy, including data that you or a purge deleted, is gone within 35 days of the deletion. Evidence and voice media are not part of these backups.
- The synced copies of your game data are deleted within 24 hours when the network is purged.
- We keep billing records (amounts, dates, references), without personal data, for 6 years for accounting purposes.
9. Support, platform access and availability
Platform support access. To provide support and to operate and secure the service, authorized CursedTech staff can access your network, including what your own staff can see (for example player data and evidence), without asking you each time. Access runs in time-limited support sessions that last 7 days by default; you can set a duration of 1 to 30 days for your network in its settings, and you can end an active support session at any time from your network settings; new access stops at once, and a live view that is already open may keep updating until it disconnects. Every access, including reads, is recorded. Request-level access records are kept for 400 days and session start, end and expiry events for as long as your network exists; both are deleted when your network is purged. None of these records is shown to you or included in your data export. Content our staff write in your network during a support session is shown under a neutral "CursedTech Support" name.
Support is provided through the support centre in your dashboard, during the hours in our Support Policy (times in (not specified)). We aim for reasonable availability and security but offer no uptime guarantee and no service credits. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
10. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. For material changes we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the affected features. Governing law and jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of (not specified), without prejudice to any mandatory protections that the law of your country of residence gives you.
